Hu Jintao’s Visit to the
US (Continued)

Below
are further comments on Hu Jintao’s State dinner at the White House:
“My
eyes also welled with tears... seeing Obama greeting Hu Jintao at the White
House.
Truth
be told, I was invited by Obama personally but have sent my regrets because he
also invited Jacky Chan. I'd
rather not be in the same room with this fellow who has never missed a chance
to shoot himself in the foot or put his foot in his mouth, whichever comes
first! It turned out he never had
a chance to speak...it would certainly be another one of those most
embarrassing moments. GOD SAVES
CHINA! THANK GOD!” -- Bob C.

“I was surprised to see that wimp
(Jacky Chan) was invited. I too
was glad that he did not have a chance to speak. I note from HK news that in one survey, he is the first one on
the list of the untrustworthy.” -- Tim Fook H.

“A source from the White
House told me that Mrs Obama was terribly disappointed with Mrs Hu’s no-show. She was really looking forward to learning a
thing or two about advanced rice-cooking techniques from Mrs Hu. Like her husband, she wanted the Chinese people
to know she is a Sinophile, and prides herself for being able to cook rice for
her husband. She doesn’t mind being called a rice-cooking
woman as long as the Chinese buy more planes, computers, software from America,
and devalue the Yuan.
Jacky Chan was at the
state dinner at the insistence of President Hu, for cost cutting reasons. Jacky is known to be able to defeat an entire
army of bad guys single-handedly, jump off buildings like Spiderman and dodge
bullets like Superman. With
him around, all the bad guys, including Dalai Lama’s supporters, melted away. We
can see why the state visit went off without a hitch.” -- Peter W.

“I guess most of us were all filled
with tears when we saw Chairman Hu being treated to the grandest American State
dinner. Some have their eyes patriotically filled with tears because,
the “Yellow Sick Man" finally stands tall in the White House. Some (like me)
have their mouths filled with drool while craving for the exotic food on the
dinner table.
If I had known that you guys hate
Jackie Chan so much, I would have done differently. Actually, Jackie Chan was taking my place at my request. I was invited by Chairman Hu to the dinner but couldn't make
it because of schedule conflict, so I asked Jackie, my favorite cousin (Bui
Shuk Chai, a Fuzhou slang), to represent me there. So, if that turns out to be a mistake, I shall have my butts
rinsed and ready for your slashing!
A reliable source told me that Chairman
Hu did not enjoy all the American food served at the state dinner. After all the photo sessions, Obama took the Chairman to DC
Chinatown and ‘treated him with a young juicy ‘dark meat chicken’ (Soy Sauced
Chicken). And of course Mrs. Hu
was not there!” -- Charles C.
