I believe in innocence until proven guilty, but if that fellow is found not guilty (i.e. innocent), then I must say this is another case of "O.J. Simpson" getting away with murder. He said he shot her by accident through a locked bathroom door. He fired 4 times into the door thinking it was a burglar hiding inside. OK, dude, no kidding... what kind of fools do you take us for?
