We have been talking about politics and
patriotism for awhile,
it's time to switch gear to something a bit more relevant and which we can all
wrap our arms around (figuratively speaking, that is!)
Your urgent attention, please! Research
conducted by some French scientists (of course they have to be French!) indicates
a positive and significant correlation between wearing bras and the incidence
of breast cancer. If this isn't scary enough, listen to this: the study
also indicates that bras inhibit the
normal growth of breasts (especially the nipples) and reduces their overall elasticity.
(I apologize for the use of such graphic descriptions, but these are
their words, not mine. Honest!)
They used to say: a good man is hard to find.
I will say: good sciencists are even harder.
