Dr.
Hon: Remember
I said in my last email that events can happen to derail Romney's hope for the
White House.
We can now see
Superstorm Sandy might deplete the support he has gained in the last few weeks.
If he isn't careful about his stance on FEMA, Federal Emergency Management
Agency and present a more caring and warmer response to the disaster, Romney
might not make it. Obama, on the other hand, having cancelled his campaigns to
concentrate on dealing with the NE coastal disaster, might just gain an edge
over his opponent. Even Chris Christie, Romney's ally is heaping praise on him.
Romney must be dying to shut up Chris Christie!
Peter
Cheung: Chris
Christie is a smart guy. He is up for election next year. NJ is a
pro-democratic party state. He is building up his re-election bid. Nationally
he is paving his political future. He may be expecting Romney not to win. Four
years later, he will be one potential presidential candidate for the Republican
party.
He had said
things like 'get the hell out of there' and 'dont be stupid' to people who
wanted to stay put during hurricane times and raised some eyebows. But he is a
pretty popular guy in NJ.
Stella: Perhaps
I am a cynical person, and I see these people are all trying to do the
politically correct thing, Obama, and Rowney is trying to right the ship.
