I’ve read this somewhere. I think it goes something like this: The best and the brightest become engineers, teachers and accountants. The second worst becomes lawyers and at the bottom of the human scum, politicians.

That pretty much sums up why the world is in such a mess. Numerous (useless) people enter politics with noble and sometimes ignoble intentions. However, because they are useless to start with, it doesn’t take much for them to be totally chewed up by party politics, and succumb to rampant corruption inherent in politics everywhere.

Look at Obama. He held so much promise when he was first elected president. Look at him now. He’s only a shadow of his former self - ineffectual, indecisive, focusing on the wrong thing which is debt reduction instead of job creation.

Donations to them? I’d rather flush my hard-earn cash down the toilet.

Oh, I forgot to tell you that the worst of the worst are bankers, because they destroy people’s saving yet getting a fat obscene bonus. Next time when you see one, shoot him. Burn his house down for good measure.
