Thanks for taking time to provide such informative response. Anything excessive is never good so even exercise is the same. I find the email exchange interesting and learning more as unread everyone's comments.

Blood circulation plays such a key role in how it affects our brain, our joint and our overall health. I am a relative healthy person but my blood circulation is not the best. My toes are cold in the winter and it always takes a long time before they feel warm in bed. I accidentally come across a message therapist who suggested that I wear compression socks everyday when she heard that I am dancing a lot. I said I bought a pair and plan to use them at long haul flights but never did. So I dug them out and started wearing them during my dance training and practice which I do almost daily. Strangely enough I found that I feel less tired, my calves don't get tightened and my feet De never sore. As you may remember I also like spending time in the kitchen so I stand a lot when I am at home. Now I keep the socks on most of the day and found that my knees and my legs almost never feel stressed. I have shared this expirence with other passionate dancers and they all find it helpful.

Sorry Peter I was typing this on my iPhone and press 'send' prematurely. I want to share this interesting experience with you and others.

So to continue a friend asked her doctor if and why compression so is can help relief stress in the knees. The doctor said it definitely helps. This is because when you have good blood circulation it helps to bring oxygen to all parts of your body. While it is hard to relate directly to the joints and knees it helps to relief stress so therefore you wouldn't not be as sore and tired after standing for a long time or exercise or dance practice.

Well it has worked for me and am used to wearing it regularly now. So I hope this may help others as well.
