Metis Hon:      Thanks for sharing the happy photos. You all look really well & relaxed. Bernard and I miss Peter's sumptuous dinner. He's a frightfully excellent cook!

Danny Li:        You are very right. Peter is no amateur! I am going to steal his secret tomato sauce recipe - using fresh lime leaves to make the sauce instead of lemon juice gives the fragrant flavor but not the sourness. The seafood tastes so much different!

How's your recovery so far? I have the same problem as yours - rotator cuff tendon tear at the left shoulder joint, luckily it is still mild, no surgery needed, now getting physical therapy treatment. However, have to be extremely careful not to cause any further damage. That means, no window cleaning, no vacuuming, no pot scrubbing ...  Wished I could afford to hire a domestic helper!

BTW, Lina and Peer are taking a road trip in Texas from May 22 to June 12. They are staying with us for a few days before and after their road trip. Do you have time to meet on Facetime together?
