This place seems very modern, BUT...

HERE'S THE INNOVATIVE PART!!!

This one bedroom loft apartment was built inside a grain bin. 

The owner paid $200 for the old bin, then put $5600 in renovations into it (doing all the work himself to save money). It cost another $700 to have it moved to the grounds of an Old Homestead in Saskatchewan . Now who wouldn't want to live here for $6500. If that's not creative craftsmanship, then I don't know what is!
