One of the better maps of World War II

This is truly fascinating. Each click of the mouse moves the war forward. If you have never seen this, it is very well done a great graphical presentation of the second world war. Too bad specific dates were not included for the major campaigns. Truly scary how many countries fell to Hitler before he opened his fatal second front in Russia . This is an outstanding depiction of Nazi Germany's takeover of Europe from 1942 to 1945. It puts the enormity of WWII in Europe in perspective. Can also be used to show the spread of the Euro!!
